Hair Designs North, 841 S. Military, Dearborn MI. was originally an old Michigan farm home built in 1903 and is now 106 years old..  The home was purchased by Al and Joyce O'Sada in 1982 and with the help of Bill Finnicum, an unusual architect  who loved to maintain old buildings externally but design them in a contemporary fashion internally,  Hair Designs North was born and opened for business in 1984. ..........

Hair Designs North continues it's focus on offering our clients the very best in color products to insure quality as well as safety while producing beautiful colors.

1. REDKEN color gels....This American company has been in existence for almost half a century with a great R&D department that keeps their colors on the cutting edge of technology and fashion.

2. DIKSON .... This color originated in Italy, it is a tube type cream color that boasts vibrant rich colors that because of it's tiny molecule structure penetrates deep into the hair shaft keeping color fade down to a minimum.

3. L'OREAL Majirel PROFESSIONNEL  ... This color originated in France and is now produced here in the US.  The color is also a tube cream color that produces a total color spectrum but is noted for it's delicate shades of reds and blonds....
